The service

ChannelStorm lets you import product data from one or more sources, enrich it with rules, and export feeds to the channels you sell on. Features may change or improve over time.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. If you do not subscribe, imports and exports are paused when the trial ends.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; your subscription then ends at the close of the current paid period. Paid subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Your data and privacy

Your product data remains yours. Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit, and processed in line with the GDPR. Contact us to access or delete your data.

Acceptable use

You may not use ChannelStorm for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts or overloads the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep ChannelStorm available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChannelStorm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of the company stated below, and disputes will be handled by the competent court there.
